Description
Single-core round indoor cable is the most common and widely used single-core indoor cable. It consists of a tight-buffered fiber that located in the center of cable, aramid yarns used around as the strength member, and the proper material jacket. It can be used for making pigtails and patch cords, and used as connectors of optical apparatus. The outer diameter of this kind of cable can meet different requirements of various electronical connector dimensional specifications and cabling environment.
Applications
l Use in pigtails and patch cords;
l Used as connectors in optical communication equipment rooms and optical distribution frames;
l Used as optical apparatus connectors.
Features
l Good mechanical and environmental properties;
l Flame retardant property meets the requirements of relevant standards;
l Jacket material is usually flame retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin or polyurethane (LSZH), although environmental materials and mouse-proof materials are also used where there are some environmental or other special requirements;
l The color of jacket meets the requirements of relevant standards, or other contracted color;
l The mechanical characteristics meet the requirements of relevant standards;
l Soft, flexible, easy to splice, and with big capacity data transmission;
l Meet various requirements of market and clients.
